“Economy, governance and law basis” – is an open scientific platform for all interested persons and organizations, where authors are given the opportunity to publish the results of their research and exchange of views on various problems of urban planning, expert activities between researchers from different regions and states.

The purpose of the online edition “Economy, governance and law basis” is to support the development of science through the dissemination of the best Russian and foreign practice in the field of:

• economic sciences;
• philosophy;
• legal sciences,

as well as the creation of an information platform for discussing the results of scientific research.

Online edition “Economy, governance and law basis” is registered by the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Communications (Roskomnadzor). Mass media registration certificate EL No. FS 77-83500 dated June 24, 2022. Until November 2019 The founder and publisher of the project “Economy, governance and law basis” was NP “Institute for Analysis of the Economy of the City and Region”.

The online edition is listed on Higher Attestation Commission within the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation as one of the leading peer-reviewed scientific journals and publications, in which the main results of the Ph.D. thesis in these scientific specialties are to be published:

• 5.2.3. Regional and sectoral economics (economic sciences since 20.03.2023);
• 5.7.1. Ontology and theory of knowledge (philosophical sciences since 20.03.2023);
• 5.7.7. Social and political philosophy (philosophical sciences since 20.03.2023).

The online edition is intended for a wide range of University students (teachers, postgraduates, students) in Russia and other countries, as well as practitioners of state and municipal institutions and business structures.
